“How a family-run headphone maker thrived on word of mouth”

CNN and Great Big Story recently stopped by the Grado Labs workshop in Brooklyn to see what’s kept us going since 1953: family, tradition, and a whole lot of listening. With a truly crazy turn-around time, they put together a short film that captures the spirit of what we've done across three generations.

From hand assembling headphones at the same workbenches my great uncle used, to letting our community shape how we grow (without advertising), it’s always meant something to stay personal. It means a lot to see that story told so thoughtfully.
